NEW PROCEDURE FOR DLT

Our engineers successfully performed Dynamic Load Testing with our own metal load cell on “LIDL Logistics center” Arja Vas, Slovenia.

The testing was performed on vibrated concrete piles VBS, diameter 60 cm and length from 5 to 12 m. The drop weight used for Dynamic Load Testing was 5t.

Using load cell has several advantages:

• Less pile head preparation for testing
• Well known pile top properties
• Better data for analyses
• Faster testing and more tested piles per day
• Lower costs for customer
